教育与工作经历
2015年12月博士毕业于华南理工大学轻工与食品学院;2016年5至2022年6月历任深圳大学高等研究院博士后、副研究员;2022年7月至今任职于广西师范大学生命科学学院。
研究方向
主要从事微生物基因组领域的研究工作,擅长应用宏基因组学、宏转录组学、生物信息学以及大数据分析等方法解析复杂环境中的抗生素耐药细菌及其抗性基因。近年来,自主搭建了可供大数据分析用的生信分析平台和多个数据库,形成了一套完整的高通量测序数据分析流程,并囊括组学分析所需的生物信息学软件和脚本(配备高性能服务器,单台80核心160线程,运行内存2.5TB,可单次完成200G 以上微生物宏基因组数据的拼接)。此外,也关注于应用微生物学和植物代谢组学研究挖掘植物根际微生物资源,揭示广西特色经济作物的核心微生物类群及其促生机制。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金、广西自治区人才培养项目、广东省自然科学基金、广西科技基地和人才专项、中国博士后科学基金等项目8项,参与国家级和省部级项目多项。在Water Res, Sci China Life Sci, Environ Int, J Hazard Mater等期刊发表SCI学术论文30余篇,其中第一作者和通讯作者(含共同)20余篇,单篇他引次数最高超过240次;授权发明专利1项;参与构建病原微生物基因组数据库及测序分析平台(V1. 02019SR082 1324)1个。
